Data We Collect

We only collect the minimum data needed to operate the waitlist and the website:

  • Email address — provided when you join the waitlist.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser, device, and timestamps, processed by our hosting and anti-bot providers to secure the service.
  • Communication data — messages you send us when contacting support.

We process your data for the following purposes:

  • To send you a confirmation and notify you when the product launches — legal basis: your consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR).
  • To prevent abuse, spam, and bot signups — legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure (Article 6.1.f GDPR).
  • To answer your support requests — legal basis: our legitimate interest in providing customer service (Article 6.1.f GDPR).

Data Retention

We keep your email on the waitlist until you ask to be removed or until 24 months after the product has launched, whichever comes first. Technical logs are kept for up to 12 months. Support exchanges are kept for up to 3 years after the last contact.

Recipients & Transfers

Your data is shared only with trusted service providers strictly required to run the service:

  • Vercel Inc. (United States) — website hosting.
  • Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) — Turnstile anti-bot protection on the waitlist form.
  • Astrodon Inc. (United States) — to deliver waitlist and transactional emails.

Some of these providers are located outside the European Union. Transfers are framed by appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission).

Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Request the deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Restrict or object to the processing of your data.
